岗位名称：副总裁

岗位职责：

1.分管公司信息技术、运营、交易等相关业务，协调各部门相关工作；

2.负责公司运营管理规划与信息科技发展规划；

3.负责协调各个部门工作，确保公司经营系统整体功能发挥；

4.协助总裁处理相关事务；

5.与有关部门和机构联络并保持良好合作关系。

任职条件：

大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、信息科技、管理等专业优先；

拥有知名资产管理机构、大型金融机构等中高级管理岗位10年以上相关工作经验；

3.熟悉金融、资管行业法律法规、监管规定，对行业有深入理解，具备优秀的沟通能力和组织协调能力，具有国际化工作经验或者国际化视野经历的优先考虑；

4.熟练掌握英语和中文，流利的中英口语能力；

5.具有优良的职业操守。

Responsibilities：

3. Responsible for coordinating the work of various departments to ensure the overall function of the company's operation system;

4. Assist the president to deal with relevant affairs;

5. Liaising with relevant departments and institutions and maintaining good cooperative relations.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Information and Technology, Management, etc.

2. More than 10 years of relevant working experience in senior management positions in well-known asset management institutions and large financial institutions;

3. Familiar with laws, regulations and regulatory provisions of finance and asset management industry, have in-depth understanding of the industry, have excellent communication skills and organization and coordination skills, and have international working experience or international vision experience is preferred;

4. Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in spoken Chinese and English;

5. Have good professional ethics.
